论政府监管下的职业教育“产学合作”

On "Producation and Teaching Cooperation" of Vocational Education under Government Monitoring

职业教育是面向社会的教育,离不开企业的支持与合作。"产学合作"双方的活动不仅是一种市场行为,更是一种社会责任,政府在"产学合作"中的作用举足轻重。政府应在政策法律、公共服务、中介评价、监督和保障等方面为"产学合作"作出应有的努力。

Vocational education is socially oriented education, which can not be separated from the support and cooperation of enterprises. The activity of two sides of ＂producation and teaching cooperation＂ is a kind of market behavior as well as a kind of social responsibility, and the government also plays a pivotal role in ＂producation and teaching cooperation＂. Therefore, the government should make efforts in the fields of policy and law, public service, intermediary agent judging, supervising and assurance.
