四川高职院校师资队伍现状与和谐发展探析

Exploration on Harmonious Development of Teaching Staff of Higher Vocational Schools in Sichuan

对四川省高职院校师资队伍现状的深入调查发现,现有师资队伍数量不足、质量不高、结构较差,不能适应高职教育良性发展的需要。因此,应通过调整政策、改进管理、培训培养等方式建立一支结构合理、质量优良、和谐发展的高职师资队伍,以确保四川高职教育的良性发展,从而更好地服务于经济和社会建设。

Investigation on teaching staff of higher vocational schools in Sichuan show that, the quantity of existing teaching staff isn＇t enough, their quality isn＇t high, and their structure is bad, which can＇t adjust to the harmonious development of higher vocational education. Therefore, in order to assure sustainable development of higher vocational education in Sichuan, the teaching staff team of reasonable structure, high quality and harmonious development should be constructed through measures including adjusting policy, improving management and cultivation and training.
