重庆市中等职业学校心理健康教育现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Mental Health Education Status of Secondary Vocational Schools in Chongqing

通过问卷调查和举行教师座谈会发现,重庆市中等职业学校在心理健康教育的观念、组织与管理、师资及其专业化情况、硬件设施、心理健康教育的开展及其科研情况等六个方面都存在一定问题,相应对策包括:全方位落实心理健康教育相关政策文件,加强心理健康教育师资队伍建设,完善相关管理机制和激励机制,积极开展心理健康教育科研,加强学生心理档案建设。

Questionnaire investigation and teachers＇ interview show that, there exist some problems in the view, organization and management, teaching staff, hardware infrastructure, implementation of mental health education and its research in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing, and the countermeasures include： comprehensively carrying through relative policy and measures of mental health education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, optimizing relative management mechanism and inspiration mechanism, actively deploying research on mental health education and stressing the construction of students＇ mental archives.
