摘要
提出了一种快锻压机移动工作台左右支架预紧结构所需最小预紧力和联接螺栓最小直径的计算方法,并建立有限元模型进行分析,对计算结果进行验证,形成了针对该预紧结构的设计计算思路。
A calculation method of minimum pre-tightening force and belt diameter required in the pre-tensional structure of the left and right supports of moving table in quick forging hydraulic press is introduced in this paper, and finite element analysis on the structure has been carried out to verify the results, forming the design idea of this pre-tensional structure.
