摘要
应用UG的三维实体建模、装配和分析功能,对干熄焦用电磁振动给料机中的壳体与铁芯组合部件进行参数化设计、装配及结构分析。通过强度和耐久性分析,证明该组合部件设计合理,强度满足要求,从而保证在高频、连续振动条件下的使用寿命。
The UG three dimensional solid modeling, assembly and analysis function have been used for the parametric design, assembly and structural analysis for the combination part of shell and iron core in the CDQ electromagnetic vibrating feeder. And Analysis of strength and durability has proved that the design is reasonable and the strength satisfies the requirements of this combination part, increasing the service life under condition of high frequency and continuous vibration.
