On Construction of Fuzhou Port

探讨要使福州港成为我国东南沿海名符其实的主枢纽港之一，就应充分发挥福州港的地理优势，立足在闽江口发展深水泊位；深水港区建设要与深水航道整治相结合。

Abstract The analysis shows quite clearly that if Fuzhou Port is to be bulit as a real hub Port in the southeast coast in the country,developing deepwater berths at the mouth of the Mingjiang River in view of the position advatages of the Port should be taken into consideration and deepwater berth constuction shoule be combined with the improvement on deep-draft navigation channel。
