摘要
建立了某柴油机气门杆油封结构有限元二维轴对称模型,研究了在气门工作条件下油封的动态密封性能,同时分析了油封不同结构参数对油封密封性能的影响。仿真分析表明,油封密封性能随着凸轮转角而发生明显变化,气门运动速度波动对油封密封性能有很大影响,在气门运动换向时刻油封嘴唇口发生剧烈运动。通过仿真得到了油封结构参数与油封动态密封性能之间的关系,为油封设计工作提供了重要依据。
Two-dimension axisymmetric finite element models of valve stem seals (VSS) structure were built. The dynamic sealing performance of VSS under valve working condition was investigated. The influence of different sealing structure parameters on dynamic sealing performance was analyzed. Simulated result shows that the sealing performance varies greatly to crank angle position, and is largely affected by the valve velocity fluctuations. Fierce movement at sealing lip is presented at the moment of valve changing directions. The relationship between the dynamic sealing performance and geometric design parameters is simulated, which provide the guidance to oil seal design.
