摘要
关于民国时期中学会考制度的争议由来以久,否定远多于肯定。从历史的、域外的、当时社会现实三方面考辨其出台的社会历史背景与现实政治动机,溯源衍流,方可看出此项制度对稳定中学教学秩序的合理性和整肃办学过滥以及控制学生异动的多重用意。
Debates have never ceased over the high school examination system in the Republic of China with more negative than positive opinions. This paper, therefore, is aimed at the study of social-political motives from three perspectives of history, overseas, and current social reality. The system is found to stabilize, control the abuse of school education, and monitor the floating of students.
