卡尔曼滤波紫外分光光度法同时测定盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪

Simultaneous determination of Chlorpremazine hydrochloride and Premethazine hydrochloride using KF-UV Spectrophotometry

将卡尔曼滤波（KF）与紫外分光光度法结合，建立了一种同时测定盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的新方法。在224～284nnq波长区间内每隔2nFD_测定16组标准混合液的吸光值得到系数矩阵，并将待测液的吸光值输入卡尔曼滤波程序，进行含量分析。对滤波过程的监控进行了讨论，在滤波31次的条件下，模拟样品中盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的平均回收率分别为98．2％，104％。该方法不需分离样品，操作简便，结果满意。

The simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydroehloride and promethazine hy- drochloride using Kalman Filter （KF）-ultraviolet-visible spectraophotometry （UV） was present. The absorb abilities of the two components were detected in an interval of 2 nm over a wavelength range of 224- 284 nm. The data obtained were computed by Kalman Filter program. In this study,the filter monitoring were discussed. Both the filtering times of chlorpromazine hydrochlo- ride and promethazine hydroch[oride were 31. The average recoveries of synthesized samples were 98.2 % and 104 % respectively. This method is simple, rapid, and sensitive without any compli- cated separation proeess involved.
