摘要
将卡尔曼滤波(KF)与紫外分光光度法结合,建立了一种同时测定盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的新方法。在224~284nnq波长区间内每隔2nFD_测定16组标准混合液的吸光值得到系数矩阵,并将待测液的吸光值输入卡尔曼滤波程序,进行含量分析。对滤波过程的监控进行了讨论,在滤波31次的条件下,模拟样品中盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的平均回收率分别为98.2%,104%。该方法不需分离样品,操作简便,结果满意。
The simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydroehloride and promethazine hy- drochloride using Kalman Filter (KF)-ultraviolet-visible spectraophotometry (UV) was present. The absorb abilities of the two components were detected in an interval of 2 nm over a wavelength range of 224- 284 nm. The data obtained were computed by Kalman Filter program. In this study,the filter monitoring were discussed. Both the filtering times of chlorpromazine hydrochlo- ride and promethazine hydroch[oride were 31. The average recoveries of synthesized samples were 98.2 % and 104 % respectively. This method is simple, rapid, and sensitive without any compli- cated separation proeess involved.
