Application of molecular biological techniques on mycorrhizal research

随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,新的技术和方法应用于菌根研究,推动了菌根学在分子水平上的研究。介绍了ITS、微管蛋白基因分析、PCR-DGGE、LAMP、PLFA和T-RFLP等技术的基本原理及其在菌根真菌系统分类与演化和菌根真菌多样性研究中的应用现状与前景。

The new techniques and methods are applied to mycorrhiza research and promote the study of mycorrhizology at the molecular level with the rapid development of molecular biology techniques. This paper introduces the basic concepts, principles and application on taxonomy and diversity of mycorrhizal fungi of new molecular biological methods such as ITS, PCR - DGGE, LAMP, PLFA, T- RFLP and analysis of tubulin on the basis of a large amount of literatures.
