摘要
目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓的治疗方法及疗效。方法未行下腔静脉滤器置入,直接行患肢足背静脉加泵溶栓治疗95例及下腔静脉滤器置入后患肢足背静脉加泵溶栓治疗23例。结果所有患者疗效明显,未置入下腔静脉滤器4例出现肺梗塞。无死亡病例。结论患肢直接加泵溶栓效果明显,下腔静脉滤器能有效预防肺栓塞发生。
Objective To evealuate the efficacy of therapy method in treating deep venous thrombosis（DVT）. Methods 118 clinical DVT patients were studied. One group of 95 cases were only given the intravenous anticoagulation and thrombolysis therapy by pressurized pump, additionally, another group of 23 cases were installed IVC filter before above therapy. Results The effect of all cases were significant. PE occured in 4 cases who weren＇t installed IVC filter, no one died. Conclusion Anticoagulation and thrombolysis therapy by pressurized pump is effective. IVC filter can prevent the occurment of PE.
