The Reasonable Adjustment and Construction of China's Primary Distribution Pattern——Based on the Perspective of Government Action

我国国民收入分配格局存在严重的失衡状态,收入分配的不和谐源于初次分配中政府行为的不合理。文章从初次分配格局合理的内在规定出发,分析了当前我国政府在初次分配中行为的现实偏差,提出了政府行为调整的方案和措施。

The pattern of China＇s National Income Distribution exists the serious unbalance, the disharmony of income distribution originated from ＂out of control＂ and ＂distortions＂ of government action in primary distribution. This paper sets off from rational inherent requirements of primary distribution＇s pattern, analyze bias of the reality of the current Chinese Government＇s acts in primary distribution, puts forward the adjusted scheme and measure of government action.
