复杂环境下民族地区高科技产业发展研究

Study on the Development of the High-tceh Industry in Ethnic Area Under Complex Environment

目前,民族地区高科技产业的发展依然存在一些不足之处。考虑到民族地区高科技产业发展环境的复杂性,文章认为民族地区高科技产业的发展思路为:立足自身实际,以低端切入为突破口;技术引进与自主创新相结合;突出资源和生态优势,合理安排产业发展的重点领域;市场机制与政府组织协同互补,完善发展的基本条件。

At present, high-tech industries still have some shortcomings in ethnic areas. Taking into account the complexity of the environment, this paper suggests that the development of the high-tech industry in ethnic areas should do some thing like this： based on their own reality, in order to take low-end as a breakthrough point; independent innovation and introduction of technology to combine; outstanding resources and the ecological advantages and reasonable arrangements for the development of key areas; the market mechanism and co-governmental organizations complement each other and improve the basic conditions for development.
