摘要
中层管理者是组织战略的执行者,是战术决策的制定者,中层管理者执行力的高低,决定了其绩效的好坏,而执行力的高低又取决于胜任力的强弱。文章从执行力和胜任力的的视角构建了中层管理者培养的理论模型,为组织选拨、聘用、培训以及考核中层管理者提供了一定的理论参考。
Middle-level managers are the executants of organization strategy and tactical decision maker. The execution of middle-level managers decides their performances, but the execution lies on the strength of competencies. This paper establishes a new cultivation model for the middle-level managers from the executive and competent prospective, so as to provide a method for selection, employing, training and appraising the middle-level managers.
