摘要
在当今不确定性环境下,企业的动态能力与可持续发展已是学术探讨的一个重要命题。文章通过对企业核心能力、动态能力及其与可持续竞争优势之间关系的讨论,在强调企业资源能力的前提下,使企业能力与动态的市场环境变化相适应,在组织惯例和业务活动过程中运用知识和经验,不断提高资源利用效率,创造出满足顾客或市场需求的产品和服务。同时,通过有关核心能力的理论回顾,以动态能力和价值过程为基础,整合资源、能力、市场、产品和知识等五要素,使之相互影响互为作用,使企业能力保持长期可持续发展。
In today's uncertain environment, corporate dynamic capability and its sustainable development have academically becme an important proposition. Through the discussion of relations among core competences, dynamic capability and sustainabilitt, corporate competences should be adapted to the dynamic environment changes by leveraging knowledge learning and experiences accumulated in the course of organizational routine and activities so that the efficiency of the resources utilized could be improved to create the physical products or services for satisfaction to customers' needs. Based on the relevant reviews and the dynamic competences, the resources, markets, competences, products and knowledge are induced and interacted on each other so as to enable the corporate competences continuously improving and sustaining longer.
