摘要
目的研究三种补益中药的抗诱变性能。方法采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌营养缺陷型回复突变试验(Ames实验)对三种补益中药水提物低、中、高剂量组下的抗诱变性能进行研究。结果甘草、绞股蓝低、中、高剂量组,黄芪中、高剂量组能抑制由2,7-AF诱发的TA98菌株回变菌落数增加(P<0.05);黄芪低、中、高剂量组,绞股蓝中、高剂量组能抑制由NaN3诱发的TA100菌株回变菌落数增高(P<0.05)。结论在Ames实验中,甘草、黄芪、绞股蓝均表现出了一定的抗诱变性,其中绞股蓝、黄芪抗诱变作用显著。
Objective To determine the anti-mutation of three Chinese medicines.Methods They use Ames test to systematically study the antimutation of three Chinese medicines under different doses.Results All three dose groups for Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch can restrain the increase of the back matagenesis of TA98 induced by 2,7-AF(P〈0.05).For Astragalus membranaceus, the high and middle dose groups are effective(P〈0.05).All three dose groups for Astragalus membranaceus, high and middle dose groups For Gynostemma pentaphyllum can restrain the increase of the back matagenesis of TA100 induced by NaN3(P〈0.05).Conclusion Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch show good anti-mutant activity in Ames test. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch shows limited effectiveness against induced mutation.
