清喉饮治疗慢喉喑85例临床观察

Observation of Qinghouyin on the treatment of chronic houyin

目的观察清喉饮治疗慢喉喑的临床疗效。方法将170例慢喉喑患者随机分为2组。治疗组85例予清喉饮,日1次,水煎分2次口服。对照组85例予头孢拉定胶囊0.5g,每日3次口服。2组均10d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗效观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、痊愈率分别为92.9%、60.0%,对照组分别为80.0%、29.4%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清喉饮治疗慢喉喑疗效确切,副作用少,服用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Qinghouyin on the treatment of chronic houyin. Methods 170 patients with chronic houyin were divided into two groups. 85 cases in control group were treated by Cefradine capsule, 0.5g, thrice a day. Patients in treatment group （ n = 85） were treated by Qinghouyin, once a day. The course was ten days in two groups. The effect was observed after three courses. Results The total effective rate and recovery rate in treatment group （92.9%, 60.0% ） were higher than those in control group （80.00%, 29.4%, P 〈 0. 05 , P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qinghouyin has definite effect on the treatment of chronic houyin, few side effect and easy administration.
