浅析密封油系统对氢冷300MW发电机组氢气品质的影响

Analysis of the Influences of Sealed Oil System on Hydrogen Quality in 300MW turbogenerator

近年来,国内有多台氢冷300MW汽轮发电机组出现氢气污染严重、氢气湿度大等氢气品质问题,严重影响了300MW汽轮发电机组安全运行。通过对曾经出现氢气品质问题比较严重的山东十里泉电厂、吉林双辽电厂、广东妈湾电厂、湖南石门电厂等电厂的多年跟踪调研,本文对密封油系统对氢冷300MW发电机组氢气品质的影响进行了分析和总结,并提出了相应的解决办法,以期望对解决氢冷300MW汽轮发电机组氢气品质问题有所帮助。

In recent years, problems with hydrogen quality occurred in many 300MW hydrogen cooled generators, which had significant impact on the operation reliability of the generating units. The paper presents the researches of many years for many seriously suffered power plants, summarizes the influences of sealed oil system on hydrogen quality and proposes the solutions, to help solving such problems.
