基于DPSSL的千瓦级全固态激光加工装备研制

摘要 介绍了基于自制大功率二极管泵浦固体激光器(Diode-Pumped Solid State Laser,简称DPSSL)的全固态激光加工装备研制的技术路线,简要阐述了装备结构设计、导光系统、精度设计、控制系统原理与软件开发、多功能集成气路设计、千瓦级全固态激光器研制及工艺试验等内容。系统实际运行和加工试验表明,其性能稳定,运行可靠,操作方便,焊接质量良好。加工能力达到国内先进水平。 The technical paths developing all solid-state laser machining equipment are introduced ,which is based on homemade high-power Diode-Pumped Solid State Laser(DPSSL). It is briefly described about some key technologies, such as structural design of the equipment, laser beam transmission system, control system principle and software development, design of multi-function integrated gas circuit, development of the Kilowatt DPSSL and process test. The experiments and manufacture practice of laser welding show that the quality of the machines is excellent and steady, the system is reliable and easy to operate, the quality of welding is well. Process capacity have reached domestic advance level.
