多工位专用平面磨床的设计与分析

摘要 针对各种软磁铁氧体磁芯器件大批量加工过程中,存在着生产效率低、加工周期长、工件加工质量稳定性差等问题,对工件的加工工艺方案、生产节拍、软磁材料的磨削性能分析和研究后,开发设计出一种新型的3个磨头、4个工位的专用平面磨床STM550。实践证明,该型号的磨床开发设计是成功的,在软磁材料磨削加工领域具有应用推广价值。 For solving the problems such as low productivity, long processing cycle as well as poor quality stability of workpiece in large quantities of machining a variety of soft power ferrite core device, a new type of dedicated flat grinder with three grinding head and four-station has been developed based on the analy- sis and research of the workpiece processing program, the production rhythm and soft magnetic materials grinding performance. It has been proved that the development and design of this dedicated flat grinder are successful. This machine has great practical value to promote in the field of soft magnetic materials grinding.
