摘要
针对VDW-320五坐标数控机床,在UG平台下,结合典型曲面零件叶轮,研究了其数控编程、后置处理、虚拟仿真等技术。通过验证比较,证明了研究结果的正确性。此项技术解决了VDW-320五轴机床的后置处理即与UG软件的接口问题,可广泛应用到模具、机械、航空、汽车等行业,用来加工各种复杂模具或机械零件。
In this article, the technology, which is based on of CNC programming, post-processing and virtual UG software and VDW-320 5-axis machining center, simulating are studied. By verifying and comparing, the results are tested to be correct. It also solves the interface between UG software and VDW-320 5- axis machining center. These technologies can be then used in the manufacturing of complicate mold or machinery parts. They also can be used widely in the field of mould, mechanism, aeronautic, automobile and so on.
