摘要
通过合理的混合料组成设计,提高沥青稳定碎石的高温稳定性,有助于减少柔性基层沥青路面出现高温流动性车辙变形。文章在ATB25和ATB30级配范围内,选择9种集料级配,采用3种沥青,分别制备了13种沥青稳定碎石混合料,并通过高温车辙试验测试其动稳定度指标,然后运用灰关联熵方法分析了沥青针入度、空隙率、沥青用量、饱和度、4.75 mm筛孔通过率、0.075 mm筛孔通过率、粉胶比及公称最大粒径对沥青稳定碎石高温稳定性能的影响显著程度。分析结果表明,沥青针入度、空隙率对混合料高温稳定性具有较显著影响;为了提高沥青稳定碎石高温抗车辙性能,应选用高粘度沥青结合料,4%左右空隙率的混合料具有较佳的高温性能。
The high temperature stability performance of asphalt treated base is affected by many factors. The factors studied in the paper are the asphalt penetration,voids ratio,asphalt dosage, saturation,filler-bitumen ratio, passing percent of 4. 75 mm mesh, passing percent of 0. 075 mm mesh, and the nominal biggest dimension. Thirteen kinds of asphalt treated base mixtures are prepared with three kinds of asphalt by using nine types of grading of aggregates,and the high temperature stability experiment is made. The relation degree between each factor and high temperature stability is analyzed by the grey correlation entropy method. According to the importance of each factor, the main influencing factors are the asphalt penetration, voids ratio and asphalt dosage. The mixture with the voids ratio of about 4%shows better peformance.
