曲安奈德在糖尿病性白内障手术中的应用研究

Applied research of intraoperative anterior chamber injection of triamcinolone acetonide for diabetic complicated cataract surgery

目的观察糖尿病性白内障术中前房内注射曲安奈德的效果和安全性。方法47例(47眼)糖尿病性白内障随机分为两组:试验组(23例)术中前房内注入曲安奈德2mg;对照组(24例)术中前房内注入生理盐水。观察并比较两组术后眼压变化、角膜内皮细胞密度、前房纤维蛋白渗出情况及后发障的发生率等。结果术后前房纤维蛋白渗出和后发障,试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术后眼压变化、角膜内皮细胞密度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病性白内障术中前房内注入曲安奈德,可减轻术后炎症反应,减少近期及远期并发症。

Objective To evaluate me effect ann security of triamcinolone acetonide （TA） injected in anterior chamber on diabetic complicated cataract extraction. Methods 47 cases （47 eyes） diabetic complicated cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were radomly divided into two groups, experimental group （23 eyes） was injected triamcinolone acetonide 2 mg in ante- rior chamber while control group （24 eyes） was injected normal so- dium. Postoperative intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell density , postoperative fibrin formation and posterior capsule opacificiation in two groups were observed. Results Postoperative fibrin formation and posterior capsule opacificiation in experimental group was less than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） while intraoc- ular pressure （lOP） and corneal endothelial cell density without significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The anterior chamber injection of triamcinolone acetonide was a safe and effective way to decrease anterior chamber inflammation and reduce complication.
