摘要
该文介绍了221B型柔性加工系统的构成和加工流程,组建基于PROFIBUS-DP的柔性加工系统,网络配置的过程。分析了在柔性加工系统开发过程中,应用PROFIBUS-DP主从网络通信协议,详细说明了主站与从站之间进行信息交换的编程方法,整个系统方便地实现有序、协调的工作。
This paper introduced the constitution and manufacture process of 221B flexible manufacture system, presented the network configuration procss of the system based on PROFIBUS-DP technology. In the development process of flexible manufacture system, the application of PROFIBUS-DP master-slaver communication protocol were described, the programmable method for exchanging data between master and slaver were given in details. A coordinated work of overall system were convenient achieved.
