摘要
为了适应车载用电设备的需求,采用推挽逆变-高频变压-全桥整流方案设计了24VDC输入-220VDC输出、额定输出功率600W的DC-DC变换器,并采用AP法给出了高频推挽变压器的设计过程。在详细分析推挽逆变工作原理的基础上,给出了实际设计中的注意事项。实验结果表明该方案是一种理想的车载DC-DC变换器设计方案。
In order to adapt to the needs of vehicle-borne electrical equipments, using push-pull inversion-high frequency transformation-full bridge rectification program, a 24VDC-220VDC converter with the output power of 600W is designed. In addition, the design process for a kind of high-frequency push-pull transformers with AP method is given particularly. And attention notes for designing are given on base of a detailed analysis of push-pull inversion working principle. The experimental results show that the program is an ideal vehicle DC-DC converter design.
