摘要
报告了用硫酸和硝酸溶解样品,然后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定海绵钛中铁、硅、锰和镁的方法。测定时分别选择238.204nm,251.611nm,257.610nm和279.553nm作为铁、硅、锰、镁的分析线,光谱干扰通过对背景发射位移进行2-点校正办法消除。精密度试验表明,对同一样品进行10次测定得到各元素相对标准偏差均小于或等于5%。用标准加入法做了回收率试验,所得回收率在90%~130%之间。
The sponge titanium sample was dissolved in sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Then iron, silicon, manganese and magnesium were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. During determination, 238. 204 nm, 251. 611 nm, 257. 610 nm and 279. 553 nm were used as the spectral lines of iron, silicon, manganese and magnesium, respectively. The spectral interference was eliminated by conducting dual-point correction to background emission drift. The precision test indicated that the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=10) of each element for one sample were all lower than or equal to 5 %. The recovery test was carried out with standard addition method, and the obtained recoveries were in the range of 90 %--130 %.
