聚醚改性聚硅氧烷原油消泡剂的制备 被引量:11

摘要 以氯铂酸作催化剂使端烯丙基聚醚与低含氢硅油进行硅氢加成,合成了聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,再与二氧化硅、乳化剂及增稠剂复配,得到性能优良的原油消泡剂。优化合成参数为:硅醚摩尔比1:1.3,反应时间3.5~4.0小时;反应温度120℃;催化剂用量8mg/kg。优化复配组成(以质量计)为:聚醚改性聚硅氧烷23%;疏水二氧化硅1.8%;HLB值8~9的复合乳化剂Tween-60+Span-604%;羧甲基纤维素钠1%;去离子水至100%;搅拌速度为500r/min。最佳配方原油消泡剂代号为YN-69,用于渤海油田B区高含水含气原油样的消泡时,在加量20~80mg/L范围内消泡率高达75.0%~91.7%,特别是在加量40~80mg/L时,消泡率高于4种所用对比消泡剂,包括现用消泡剂。 A polyether modified polysiloxane(PMP) was synthesized through addition reaction between a low hydrogen silicone oil and an allyl terminated polyoxyalkylene at the presence of chloroplatinic acid as catalyst and was compounded with a silica, emulsifiers, and a thickener in water to give a high performance defoamer for crude oil. The parameters of PMP synthesis were optimized as follows: silicone to polyether molar ratio 1 : 1.3 ; reaction time 3.5 - 4 hrs ; reaction temperature 120℃ ; and catalyst dosage 8 mg/kg. The composition of the compounded defoamer was (in mass) :PMP,23% ; hydrophobic silica, 1.8% ;combinational emulsifier Tween-60 + Span-60 of HLB value 8--9,4% ; sodium CMC, 1% ; deionized water, to 100% ; and stirring speed was of 500 r/min. The crude oil defoamer of optimal composition,notated as YN-69 ,had excellent defoaming capability of 75.0----91.7% at dosage 20--80 mg/L for a high watercut, gas bearing crude oil sample taken from district B of Bohai offshore oil field and its defoaming capability was much more higher at dosage 40--80 mg/L than that of 4 control defoamers including the one presently used.
