耐高温活性溶胶深部调驱剂及其在桩52块的应用

High Temperature Resistant Reactive Collosol for Indepth Profile Modification and Oil Displacement in Zhuang-52 Block of Wuhaozhuang Oilfield

摘要 本文报道的调驱剂,是针对高温(120℃)、中低渗(平均0.28μm2)、经多轮次近井地带调剖的五号桩油田研发的,制备方法如下。将一种氧化褐煤(腐殖酸)与甲醛反应得到固态树脂,再与NaOH反应得到水溶性良好的活性树脂,在其水溶液中加入表面活性剂得到界面活性好的活性树脂溶胶调驱剂,优化配方为5%活性树脂+0.5%OP-10。当pH值减小(12~8)、盐度增大(1~40g/L)时,该剂黏度、水不溶物量增大,可在水流通道中形成堵塞。在150℃加热30天不影响该剂的性能。在65℃用该剂驱替水驱后胶结平板砂岩模型中的原油,随注入段塞量增大(0~0.8PV),采收率由32%增至55%。2007-06-04至2007-10-25,在桩52块中部3个井组进行深部调剖-调驱现场试验,先注入300m3高强度的冻胶型高温堵剂PMN-PFR,使吸水剖面在每一口注水井大幅度改善,再注入600或800m35%的活性树脂溶胶,截止2008年12月,水驱采收率由19.13%提高至21.85%。 The profiling/flooding fluid presented here was developed for use in Wuhaozhuang oil field of reservoir temperature 120℃, of middle to low permeability of 0. 28/μm^2 in average and after multiple near bore zone injectivity profile modification jobs and was prepared by the method described below. An oxidized lignite( humic acid) was reacted with formaldehyde to form a solid resin,the later in reaction with NaOH gave a readily soluble in water reactive resin and a reactive resin colosol profiling/flooding fluid(RRCP/FF) with satisfactory interfacial activity was obtained by introducing a surfactant into the aqueous resin solution. The optimal formulation of RRCP/FF contained 5% reactive resin and 0. 1% surfactant OP-10. With decreasing pH value from 12 to 8 and increasing salinity from 1 to 40 g/L, the viscosity of and the water insoluble substances content in the RRCP/FF were increased, which might create blockages in the water passages. The performance of the RRCP/FF was practically not affected by a thermal treatment at 150℃ in 30 days. In an oil displacement experiment on platelike cemented sandstone models at 65℃ ,the enhancement in oil recovery was increased from 32% to 55% when the volume of the RRCP/FF injected was raised from 0 to 0. 8 PV. In an indepth profiling/chemical flooding field pilot conducted at an area of 3 well groups in the Middle of Zhuang-52 block from June 4 to Oct 25,2007,300 m^3 of high strength and high temperature gelling plugging agent PMN-PFR was injected per well to reduce the disproportionate reservoir permeability indepth and then 600 or 800 m^3 of the 5% RRCP/FF was injected,which resulted in enhancing oil recovery from 19. 13% to 21.85% up to Dec 2009.
