国内近5年钻井液处理剂研究与应用进展

Advances in Preparation and Uses of Drilling Fluid Additives in China in Recent 5 Years

介绍了我国近5年来钻井液处理剂研究与应用方面的进展,指出了存在的问题及今后的研发方向。分9大类介绍了钻井液处理剂,其中一些经过了现场试验,有几种已投入现场推广应用:降滤失剂42种、降黏剂8种、防塌抑制剂8种、润滑剂11种、防漏堵漏剂5种、解卡剂3种、发泡剂2种、消泡剂4种、缓蚀剂3种等。

The advances in researching, developing and applying various additives for oil/gas well drilling fluids in China in recent five years are summarized ,the problems to be solved are indicated and the guide to further work is given. These drilling fluid additives are presented in nine classes and include 42 filtrate loss reducers,8 viscosity reducers （thinners） ,8 anti-collapse inhibitors;11 lubricants, 5 lost circulation controllers,3 pipe stuck releasing agents ,2 foamers,4 defoamers, and 3 corrosion inhibitors. Of them some have gone through field tests and a few has been put into field uses.
