网络课程作为数字化学习资源的重要组成部分,是开展网络环境下教学的基本前提和条件。针对当前网络课程建设中存在缺乏统一的技术标准、难以共享、不易再利用等问题,指出应引入网络学习资源标准,规范网络课程的设计与开发,保证网络课程建设的质量和应用效果。

Web-based courses, the important part of the e-learning resources, are the fundamental premise and condition for developing online instruction in the network environment. Aiming at the problems of lacking of unified technical standards, hard to share, and difficult to be reused in the current construction of network courses, indicates that it is necessary to introduce web learning resource standard, standardize the design and development of network courses and ensure the quality and application effect of network course construction.
