折曲胶接接头应力分布的数值分析 被引量:7

Numerical value analysis of stress distribution in crippling bonding joints

摘要 运用有限元法研究了偏轴、同轴和折曲型等三种单搭接胶接接头的工作应力分布规律。结果表明:与其他两种接头相比,折曲型单搭接胶接接头可有效降低搭接区端部的剥离应力和剪切应力峰值;在数值分析所用参数及条件下,I型折曲接头的剥离应力降幅超过了75%,其他峰值应力的降幅也超过了45%~50%,并且应力分布趋于均匀;I型折曲接头使出现应力峰值的位置从搭接区的端部转移至中部,从而显著提高了接头的承载能力,是一种优于普通同轴接头的胶接接头形式;对于受剪切载荷作用的接头而言,采用II型折曲接头更为合理,可进一步提高接头承受剪切载荷的能力。 The distribution rule of working stress for three types single-lap bonding joints(namely off-axis, coaxial and crippling joints) were studied by finite element method. The results showed that compared with other two kinds of joints ,the crippling bonding joints with single-lap could effectively reduce the peak value of peeling stress and shearing stress in end of bonding area. Under the using parameters and condition for numerical value analysis,the peak value of peeling stress in crippling joint-Ⅰ was decreased by above 75% ,and peak values of other stresses were decreased by above 45%-50% ,but the stresses were evenly distributed. The carrying capacity of the crippling joint-Ⅰ was obviously increased because the location of peak stress were moved from end to center for bonding area,so the crippling joint-Ⅰ as a bonding joint form was better than general coaxial joint. In occasions of shearing loads,the using crippling joint-Ⅱ was more reasonable because the carrying capacity of it can be further enhanced in shearing loads.
