摘要 防喘振综合控制系统以保护压缩机,防止压缩机喘振为目的,实现对离心压缩机平稳、安全控制。采取安全区自整定PID控制,次危险区纯比例控制,危险区防喘振电磁阀控制三重控制策略。改进后的系统运行平稳,节能降耗等方面效果明显。 Antisurge combination control system is to protect compressor, and to avoid compressor surging. In order to realize centrifugal compressor smooth, safe control. Take safe area self-adjustable PID control, second dangerous area proportional control,dangerous area antisurge solenoid valve triplex control strategy. By the comparison of the two process, it is indicated that the system was improved much from the aspects of operating management, operating cost as well as energy saving and consumption reduction, etc.
