摘要
该文阐述了温湿度测量技术的研究现状,分析了温湿度变送器的工作原理,提出了系统设计方案、硬件设计和软件开发流程。结合SHT75温湿度传感器特性,对所开发的温湿度变送器在EPA标准网络中进行了测试。测试结果表明,该设备不仅全部达到了温湿度检测的相关技术指标,还通过了EPA协议一致性、互操作性和通信性能测试,具备了总线供电、低功耗、异常报警等特点。
In this paper, temperature and humidity measurement technology is researched, the temperature and humidity transmitter working principle based on EPA standards, system design, Hardware design and software development processes, SHT75 combined with characteristics of temperature and humidity sensors, Through filtering and compensation algorithm for the system to improve,And further tested. Test results show that, through filtering and compensation algorithm effectively improve the accuracy of the data acquisition to achieve industrial measurement requirements.
