摘要
针对现场总线在我国的应用与发展现状,介绍了Profibus总线和CAN总线的特点,提出了基于Freescale S12微控制器与Profibus-DP协议芯片SPC3所构成的Profibus-CAN网关的设计和实现方法,并详细介绍了该方案的硬件电路和软件流程。使用结果表明,该网关能够稳定可靠地运行,有力地促进了现场总线的推广应用。
According to the fieldbus current condition of the development and application in our country, this paper introduces the features of Profibus and CAN, meanwhile presents software and hardware design and implementation method of gateway between PROFIBUS-DP and CAN based on the PROFIBUS-DP protocol chip SPC3 and Freescale S12 MCU, The schematic diagram and software flow chart are described in detail, The result of applying shows that the gateway works stably and reliably, it effectively promotes the application of fieldbus.
