摘要 重点阐述了基于LabVIEW开发的检测摩托车拉索负荷效率测试平台的设计方案及硬件组成,同时也介绍了软件流程结构、测试参数等。该试验平台有效地解决了软硬件实时运行问题,能够实时调整控制参数,降低了开发周期和成本。实验结果表明,自行开发的此套测试系统能够满足摩托车拉索负荷效率测试工作要求,具有良好的可靠性和可扩展性。 This paper mainly introduced the design and hardware component of the Motorcycle cable's efficiency platform based on Labview, its software construction and test Parameters were introduced too. This system effectively solved the software and hardware real-time running problem, which could adjust control parameters in real time,and shortend the development period,reduced the cost. The test result indicated that this platform can satisfy the Motorcycle cable's load efficiency test needs and possess a high reliability and good extensibility.
