光动力疗法结合三羟异黄酮对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用研究

摘要 目的深入了解光动力疗法与三羟异黄酮协同应用对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长抑制的作用特点。方法通过建立荷瘤小鼠动物模型,以光动力疗法和三羟异黄酮单独及协同应用后检测其抑瘤率及延命率,比较各组差异有无统计学意义。结果光动力疗法与三羟异黄酮的联合应用较光动力疗法或三羟异黄酮的单独作用更为显著的延缓荷瘤小鼠肿瘤体积的增长并延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间。结论在体内实验中,三羟异黄酮能显著增强光动力疗法抗肿瘤作用疗效。 Objective To investigate the therapy responsiveness by photodynamic therapy combined with GEN in vivo. Methods The mice bearing H22 xenografts were treated with PDT and GEN, the tumor inhibition effect was assessed by measuring gross tumor volumes and survival time over a period of 3 weeks, to know whether there is significant difference in each group. Results The combinations of PDT with GEN could slow down the increase of tumor volumes and prolong the survival period of mice bearing xenografts more significantly than PDT or GEN alone. Conclusion The treatment of protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor, genistein( GEN), can enhance the photodynamic therapy responsiveness in a mouse hepatocellular carcinoma (H22)in vivo.
