前列腺素E_1联合参附注射液治疗缺血性心肌病疗效观察

Efficacy of prostaglantin E_1 and Shenfu injection intreating ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure

目的探讨前列腺素E1联合参附注射液对缺血性心肌病患者心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择缺血性心肌病2-4级心功能患者140例，随机分为治疗组80例和对照组60例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液和前列腺素E1静脉滴注；对照组仅用常规治疗。治疗前后观察患者症状体征、心功能及血液流变学变化。结果治疗后，治疗组总有效率89％，临床症状体征、心功能及血液流变学等各项指标较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0．01），与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论在常规治疗基础上前列腺素E1联合参附注射液治疗缺血性心肌病能迅速提高心脏功能，改善血液流变学，消除临床症状，可广泛用于治疗缺血性心肌病心功能不全患者。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection and prostaglantin E1 （ PGE1 ） on ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods 140 patients of ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure were randomly divided into therapy group （80 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the patients in therapy group received routine therapy plus intravenous Shenfu injection and intravenous PGE1 once a day. the patients in control group only received routine therapy. Before and after therapy, the changes of the cliniel symptoms, the cardiac function, the hematological dynamics were measured. Results The total efficacy rate of therapy group was 89%. In post-treatment,the changes of the clinical symptoms, the cardiac function, and the hematological dynamics were obviously improved compared with pre-treatment（ P〈0. 01 ）. There was a significant difference in therapy group compared with control group （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Shenfu injection in combination with prostaglandin E1 have obvious efficacy intreating the ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure.
