摘要
总结了航空发动机涡轮盘的传统设计模式。针对其结构设计的特点,将专家系统技术运用到涡轮盘的结构设计中,提出了构建专家系统辅助设计的新型设计方法。在对已有某型涡轮盘进行有限元分析的基础之上,提炼出一套详细的设计知识和规则。以专家系统开发工具CLIPS为平台,通过基于规则的推理方法,实现了涡轮盘的智能设计,这对同类结构设计具有很好的借鉴作用。
The traditional design pattern of ae ro-engine turbine disk is summarized. According to its structure design characteristics,the Expert Systems technology will be applied to the structure design for turbine disk. Concurrently,a new design method to establish an expert system assistant for the structure design is brought forward. The knowledge and rules about disk design is elicited based on finite element analysis on the turbine. Eventually,the turbine disk intelligent design is realized by development tools CLIPS and rule-based reasoning method,which will be helpful to the similar structure design.
