摘要
根据当前小批量多品种生产的需要,设计了一种用于U形件的多工位可调车削夹具。该夹具可适用于不同规格U形件的车削加工,能在一次安装中加工U形件的两端,保证了工件的加工精度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Based on the current needs of low-volume and more variety production,the multi-adjustable jig for turning of U-shaped pieces ,which is siutable for different specifications ,is designed. The jig couldget both ends of U-shaped pieces in one process of installment,which ensures the processing accuracy of the workpiece ,raises the production efficiency and reduces the production costs.
