摘要
建立了调节阀内部流场三维模型,采用通用CFD软件Fluent对其内部复杂流场进行了三维粘性数值模拟,通过对调节阀流量系数模拟值与理论值的比较,表明应用Fluent对调节阀进行模拟计算是可靠的,为调节阀结构改进提供了理论依据。
It established internal 3D flow field of control valve. The numerical simulation of control valve was accomplished with the common software Fluent. By comparing simulation value and theoretical value of flow coefficient,it is proved that Fluent is effective in the flow field simulating of control valve. It can provide theory basic for the structure improvement of control valve.
