摘要
对刀具几何参数检测装置的光学系统进行了深入的研究与分析,并根据总体方案设计的要求,对光学系统的设计指标进行设定和参数的优化。将该套装置应用到刀具几何参数的测量仪器中,实验测试数据表明仪器的测量精度达到±2μm。
It conduct deep research and analyze on the geometric parameters of the optical device detection system of cutting tool,set the designed indicators of optical system and optimize the parameters according to the requirements of the overall design. Applied into the measuring instruments of geometric parameters ,the experimental data show the degree of measuring accuracy is about ±2μm.
