多组分纠缠在光子晶体中的存储(英文)

摘要 研究了激子的多组分纠缠相干态保真度在各向异性光子晶体中的演化行为.结果表明,当激子的跃迁频率处于光子晶体带隙时,保真度随时间变化作周期振荡,这与激子处于真空环境时,保真度振荡衰减的演化行为不同.此外,当激子跃迁频率离光子晶体带边较远时,其多组分纠缠相干态越容易被保存. The fidelity evolution of multipartite entangled coherent state of exeitons, in anisotropic band gap photonie crystal, was investigated analytically and numerically. The influences of the exciton transition frequency, the relative phase, the density of exeiton and the number of QD on the evolution behaviors of fidelity was discussed extensively. The results show that the fidelity : oscillates with scaled time if the exciton transition frequency lies in the photonie band gap, which is different from that'of quantum dots in free vacuum. And the multipartite entangled coherent state of excitons could be efficiently preserved in photonic crystal if the detuning of exciton transition frequency with respect to the photonie band edge is relatively large.
