摘要
运用SWOT分析了上海住宅产业现代发展存在的机遇、面临的挑战、发展的优势与劣势,结合"十一五"建筑节能发展的规划,指出了上海住宅产业化只有走发展节能省地型住宅的道路,并对推进节能省地型住宅的发展提出了建议。
The author analyzes the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages in the development of housing industry modernization in Shanghai by using SWOT. Considering the plan of the development of energy-saving buildings in ＂the eleventh five-year planning＂, the author also points out that developing the energy and space saving residence is the only way to realize housing industry modernization in Shanghai and gives his advice on how to improve its development.
