At present, Sun Paper is gradually expanding to overseas resources. Following the establishment of ＂forestry-paper integration＂ base in Laos in the end of October, 2008, the company announced on March 7th, it planned to set up a limited liability company with Vietnamese Construction and Real Estate Chengyu Trading Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. The business areas of the new company mainly engages in purchase, processing, sales, import and export of timber, as well as harbour construction and running. Sun Paper will have 95% share in the company.
