本文是笔者根据赴波音飞机公司参加工作培训的实践与体会撰写的，重点介绍该公司（维基塔分部）ＩＥ概况，并对国内航空企业实施ＩＥ提出建议。
The article introduces IE status of Boeing Wichita Division and offers a suggestion on application IE at domestic air craft manufacturing enterprises, based upon the practice and experience of writer during on job training period
