新创企业成长的组织合法性获取机制 被引量:25

The Acquisition of Organizational Legitimacies During the Course of New Venture's Growth

摘要 新创企业的成长问题是创业研究的重点之一。由于新创企业的先天性劣势使得其死亡率远高于老企业,其中的一个重要原因就是缺乏组织的合法性。合法性来源于社会化的制度结构,是一种能够帮助新创企业接近和动员所需其他资源的资源。新创企业要想快速的成长,就必须拥有足够数量的资源;要想拥有所需的这些资源,就必须具备足够的合法性。因此,对新创企业来说,如何采取有效的战略行动来获取组织合法性是其快速成长的关键。 The problem of the new venture' s growth is an important issue in entrepreneurship studies. Because of the liability of newness the new venture' s mortality is higher than older enterprises. One important reason is the lack of organizational legitimacy. The legitimacy derives from the socialized institutional structure, and it' s a resource that can help the new venture to access to and mobilize other needed resources. The new venture wants to grow rapidly, it should acquire sufficient resources; the new venture wants to acquire these resources, it should have the adequate legitimacy. So, to the new venture, how to acquire organizational legitimacy by effective strategic actions is essential to the growth.
