摘要
介绍了YS220型液压挖掘机的结构和工作原理,使用三维造型UG软件创建液压挖掘机的三维模型。采用分析挖掘机本身与土壤的作用力的方法对YS220型液压挖掘机在整个挖掘区域中的整机理论挖掘阻力进行了计算和分析。基于动态仿真软件ADAMS建立了液压挖掘机虚拟样机模型,运用DOE仿真分析方法对液压挖掘机工作姿态进行动态仿真,得到了液压挖掘机最危险工况位置,为液压挖掘机的结构改进设计提供了可靠的依据。
The structure and working principle of YS220 type hydraulic excavator are introduced based on UG created model of hydraulic excavator. Using the forces of soil diggers of hydraulic excavator mining on work gesture throughout the whole theory excavating is caleulaed and analyzed . Based on the dynamic simulation software ADAMS the hydraulic excavator models are established. Using the virtual prototype of magnesium simulation method, the dynamic simulation of the hydraulic excavator working gesture is conducted and the most dangerous conditions of the excavator is odetermined which provides the reliable basis to the structure desigh of the excavator.
