摘要
背景:新型超微填料混合型光固化复合树脂及粘结系统具有良好的物理和机械性能,是一种可替代银汞合金的良好牙科修复材料,现已被广泛应用于临床。但是,各种材料的应用效果进行对比性研究临床鲜有报道。目的:探讨抛光对不同光固化复合树脂表面粗糙度的影响。设计、时间及地点:对比观察实验,于2007-01/05在解放军第四军医大学口腔医学院修复学实验室完成。材料:选择3种临床常用的前后牙通用光固化型复合树脂(FiltekZ250,SpectrumTPH,CHARISMA),每种树脂分别制作10个Ф10mm×2mm的圆片。方法:经光照固化后,均用Sof-lex抛光系统修整、抛光,扫描电镜观察抛光前后的表面形态,并用表面粗糙度仪测定其粗糙度,用SPSS软件包对检测结果进行单因素方差分析和Student-Newman-Keuls检验,比较何种树脂抛光性能更优越。主要观察指标:抛光前后的表面形态和粗糙度。结果:不同复合树脂经抛光处理后的粗糙度值均增大,单因素方差分析显示差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),Student-Newman-Keuls进行3种复合树脂之间的两两比较,显示差异存在显著性意义,FiltekZ250组粗糙度无论抛光前后,均较其他两种树脂小。扫描电镜观察FiltekZ250组表面较其他两组均匀、致密,抛光后的划痕较浅而且较少,而CHARISMA组划痕较深而且多。结论:FiltekZ250与其他两种树脂相比抛光性能较佳,可形成比较平整光滑的表面。
BACKGROUND: Novel mixed light-cured composite resin has good physical and mechanical performances. It is a good substitute of silver amalgam alloy dental restoration materials and has been widely used in clinic. However, there is little data concerning comparison of clinical outcomes among various materials. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of polishing on surface roughness of various packable light-cured composite resins. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Comparative observation. The study was performed at the laboratory of Stomatology College, Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January to May 2007. MATERIALS: Three kinds of composite resins, Filtek Z250, Spectrum TPH, and CHARISMA were selected. Ten discs of each composite resin (2 mm thick and 12 mm in diameter) were prepared and light cured. METHODS: After the discs were polished with Sof-lex finishing and polishing system, the surface before and after polished were evaluated with a profilometer by means of average surface roughness (Re), and surface topography was observed by SEM. Results were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOV and Student-Newman-Keuls test using SPSS soft ware. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Surface appearance and roughness before and after polishing. RESULTS: The roughness of various resins was increased after polishing, and showed significant differences by one-way ANOV (P 〈 0.05). Student-Newman-Keuls showed statistical significance between any two composite resins, but Filtek Z250 had relatively lower roughness before or after polishing. Under scanning electron microscope, Filtek Z250 displayed even and dense surface with little and shallow scratch, but CHARISMA had deep and much scratch. CONCLUSION: Among three types of composite resins commonly used, Filtek Z250 could obtain better surface properties.
