山莨菪碱联合复方甘草酸苷治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Anisodamine Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Simplex Anaphylac-toid Purpura

目的研究山莨菪碱联合复方甘草酸苷治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法治疗组96例患者应用山莨菪碱联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,对照组63例患者系统应用地塞米松治疗,对各组患者的临床资料和疗效指标进行统计学处理。结果治疗组治愈率为79.17%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组皮疹消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论山莨菪碱联合复方甘草酸苷治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的疗效优于地塞米松。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anisodamine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of simplex anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 96 patients of test group were treated with anisodamine combined with compound glycyrrhizin, 63 patients of control group were treated with intravenous dexamethasone, Chi-square test and independent sample t test were performed for data analysis. Results The cure rate was 79.17% in test group, which was significantly higher than control group （X2=5.66, P〈0.05）, and the lesions clearance time was shorter than control group （t=- 2.25, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anisodamine combined with compound glycyrrhizin was superior to dexamethasone in the treatment of simplex anaphylactoid purpura.
