^(99m)T_C-DTPA肾动态显像对活体供肾者余肾功能的监测意义
^(99m)Tc DTPA dnamic imaging for analysis of renal function of live donors
摘要
目的探讨99mTC-DTPA肾动态显像在活体供肾者手术前后的监测价值。方法将68例活体供肾者在术前和术后分别进行肾动态显像,定性和定量分析血流灌注影像和肾小球滤过率的改变。结果术后余肾肾小球滤过率(GFR)明显高于术前,体积术后也明显大于术前,两者有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论活体供肾对于捐赠者是安全的,不会影响余肾功能状态。
